MFT Payment Solutions, Inc. is a C-Corporation registered in New York City, currently developing SafePay, a platform to help service professionals and contractors get paid securely. At this stage, we are offering a limited early-access beta experience.

By submitting your information, you request to join our beta program. Access is not guaranteed. Beta features are subject to change or removal without notice.

3. Your Commitments

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the platform for lawful, professional purposes
• Refrain from abusing, interfering with, or reverse-engineering the service

4. No Financial Transactions Yet

SafePay is not yet live for financial transactions. Although we intend to use Stripe for payment handling, no escrow or money transfer services are being offered at this time.

All branding, design, text, software, and trademarks on this site belong to MFT Payment Solutions, Inc. You may not copy or reproduce any materials without permission.

The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Availability, functionality, and communications during the beta period may vary or change without notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with a new effective date at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
